Bryan Hubbard is an Associate Professor in the School of Construction Management at Purdue University. Bryan’s research interests include construction supply chain management, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), modularization, and construction safety. In the area of construction safety, Bryan has been the principal investigator on multiple NIOSH grants focusing on safety training and silica exposure. He also holds multiple patents in the area of evaporative heat exchangers and desalination. He has held multiple leadership positions including Head of the School of Construction Management Technology from 2013 to 2017. Prior to working in the Polytechnic Institute at Purdue University, Bryan worked in the civil engineering department and the construction engineering and management program.
Prior to coming to Purdue, Bryan worked as an engineer in industry, with design and construction experience in the United States and Europe, including large scale projects in the power industry. Bryan received his Ph.D. in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and his master's and bachelor's degrees from Purdue University, and is licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Indiana.
